Mannat shall light up today, October 28, for, after about three weeks, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court. Shah Rukh was relieved as he posed with his legal team and manager Pooja Dadlani in the first pics since the bail news broke. A little later, SRK and Pooja were seen arriving at Mannat in their car, suggesting that they were not in Mannat when the Bombay HC passed the order. An insider tells IndiaToday,in that SRK had in fact been staying elsewhere ever since Aryan Khan’s arrest. And he wasn’t even using his usual car to commute.
SRK WASN’T LIVING IN MANNAT, WHERE WAS HE?
Aryan Khan was placed under the Narcotics Control Bureau’s custody on October 3, and later in judicial custody on October 8. Amid all this, fans had gathered outside Mannat to support SRK and Aryan. An insider tells IndiaToday.in, “It seems SRK was concerned about the law and order situation, and to avoid that, he decided to check into Trident in Mumbai. In fact, he has not been using his usual car either. SRK is currently commuting in a Hyundai Creta instead of his usual BMW.”
IndiaToday.in had earlier reported that SRK had requested his friends and well-wishers not to land up at Mannat given the security hassle, especially with the paparazzi gathered outside the bungalow. Earlier, as Aryan Khan remained in Arthur Road jail, Salman Khan had visited SRK thrice at Mannat, while the likes of Alvira Khan, Farah Khan, Maheep Kapoor, etc, were also seen paying Gauri Khan a visit.
ARYAN KHAN WILL NOT COME HOME TONIGHT
Although Aryan Khan was granted bail today, he, however, will not come home tonight due to some pending paperwork. The court will give its detailed order on Friday, October 29, post which he will be set free. Mukul Rohatgi, Aryan’s lawyer said in a statement that Shah Rukh Khan had tears in his eyes when he met him. He had tears of joy, and he was a relieved man. Mukul also added that SRK had been a worried man. SRK used to make his own notes for the case and used to discuss that with him for the last few days.
